Can I pay in cash or by bank transfer? Do I need to pay in full upfront?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and mobile money. For first-time cooperation, we typically require a 30% deposit before service, with the balance due upon completion. For returning customers with good payment history, we offer more flexible terms.
Will my farm data be shared with outsiders or government?
No. Your farm data (location, size, crop type, spraying records) is strictly confidential. We use it only to improve our service quality and provide you with better crop management advice. We will never sell your data to third parties or report it to any government agency.
Do you offer discounts for women farmers or cooperatives?
Yes! We are committed to supporting Ghana’s agricultural development:
• Women farmers: Additional 5% discount on all services
• Registered cooperatives: 10-15% group discount based on total acreage
• Youth farmers (under 35): Special training and discount packages

Can you operate during rainy season or harmattan?
Rainy season: We spray only during dry windows (typically mornings). If rain occurs within 4 hours after spraying, our rain-resistance guarantee applies.
Harmattan: No problem — our drones are dust-sealed and we adjust droplet size to prevent rapid evaporation.

What if there’s a power outage during the operation?
Our drones use battery power, not grid electricity. We bring enough fully charged batteries for the entire day’s operation. We also carry a portable generator for emergency charging in remote areas without power access.

Do you also sell agricultural supplies like seeds or fertilizer?
Currently we focus on drone spraying and spreading services. However, we are partnering with major agricultural suppliers to offer quality seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides at competitive prices. Stay tuned — this service will launch soon!
Will the report be in English or a local language?
Our standard reports are in English (written format). However, our field staff can provide oral explanations in Twi, Ga, or Ewe upon request. If you need the full report translated, please let us know in advance — we can arrange it for a small additional fee.
